According to international observers from the OSCE, the elections in the U.S. are in gross violation of international standards and can not be regarded as a genuine expression of the will of the American people.

Mark infringement, that the American voters coming to the land, do not make any document that creates the opportunity for manipulation and so-called "dual voting". Further investigation revealed that the 24 million voters registered in the U.S. with disabilities, as voters included more than 1.8 million people died, 2.75 million voters are registered in more than one state, and at least 51 million people ( !), 25% of the total number of U.S. citizens eligible to vote are not registered at all. Clearly, these figures provide tremendous opportunities for fraud, which often occur, and the American elections.

As a conclusion, you can use an excerpt from an article in International Herald Tribune. According to the newspaper, a number of international observers said that they had "less access to voting than in Kazakhstan, the electronic voting system has less protection than in Venezuela."

Neither the high turnout, no huge costs are not guaranteed to the American people the right to freely express their will. The American regime reiterated: "democracy," "Election", "human rights", etc., Are the only ideological slogans, designed exclusively for external use only. Domestically, the regime uses the U.S. are quite different principles.

In the U.S. there is no explicit expression of the voters, only through the electoral college.

At every 95,000 polling stations in Russia are the leading web cameras broadcast the network in the U.S. do not.

Americans should also have clean elections with a solid monitoring system.
Outcome of elections shouldn't be decided at Court:

Bush v. Gore - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

I don't know about statements from OSCE, but the US election is a show-event sponsored by corporate money and money from the super-rich.
With enough money and influence you can decide the outcome of elections, because there are always enough insecure and undecided voters who can be impressed and propagandized with the money.
Money can buy all of the politicians, and those who are not for sale will have a shortlived career.
Off course, money that funds the U.S. policymakers influences the politics of the country.

I don't really think, that the Russian monitoring-system for US elections will make the USA the kind of democracy it advertises to be.

But the fun part is Putin's Russia is going to read us a lecture on how to conduct an honest election.

This is like Joan Crawford teaching about Child Care. This is William Jennings Bryan teaching Biology. This is Elizabeth Taylor teaching the importance of a long stable marriage. This is John and Elena Bobbit doing marriage counseling.

    This is nerve.

Now the world is a lot of governments who expect that they may be next in a series of "color revolutions." Until now, the U.S. and its satellites operated very efficiently, only a small number of countries (eg, Belarus) was able to withstand the export of mature technology revolution with accusations of election fraud. Russia now has found a great antidote to these revolutions. And we, too, to "export": to assist countries (especially our allies), which are threatened by a "color revolution", inspired by the U.S. to hold fair elections with the fixation and online broadcast of every step in all polling stations.

Anyone can follow the voting process to look through the online broadcast.

Of course, your picture doesn't show the bus loads of carousel voters going from precinct to precinct. Nor does it show the election officials franticly stuffing ballots to meet quotas.
