Nader didn't have a chance. Not a snowball's chance in hell.
Only because Stalin is dead.

Wrong. The only ones drinking the Obama kool-aid were party loyalist Democrats, not "the left". Many of "the left" didn't vote for him, having seen clearly that his would be a 'Republican Lite' version of leadership, having said revealing statements such as Afghanistan being the "right" war, calling Joe Lieberman his mentor, voting to grant immunity to the telecoms while he was a Senator, etc.
Many of the left did not vote for Obama?
While I think your getting to the fact the independents voted for Obama, to say that many of the left did not vote for him seems to me a bit naive.
IMO though, I think a lot of people liked his approach of following though in Afghanistan.
It's not naive; it's accurate. You've already revealed that your interpretation of what constitutes "the left" is erroneous. The progressives I know who were paying attention did not vote for Obama because of what he revealed early on in his campaign and while he was still a senator. Obama is too moderate, as most true lefties can clearly see. That's why it's ridiculous for the right-leaners to use, as an excuse for their hate, the fact that he's a 'socialist', a 'commie', etc. And yes, it's obviously being used as an excuse. Otherwise, it's the mark of sheer stupidity, since there is absolutely not a shred of truth to it, as evidenced by his corporate-favoring actions, over and over again.

Wow...you're no better than the Tea party folks chasing out Republicans because they are not conservative enough.

Wrong again. Who am I "chasing" out of what party? The Democrats are nothing more than Republican Lite and serve the same corporate master as their righty counterparts. They do not now nor have they, since the '60s, represented the left in any meaningful capacity. They pander to the Left during elections in pursuit of votes, some of which they actually get - but not mine.
Nothing gives me greater pleasure than to see this administration screwing up with its allies. Eventually they'll have no support whatsoever.
The funny thing is the comments made about Obama are all true. He has been a leftist failure. He is being hoist by the inherent contradictions of his own candidacy.

And I hate Obama as president but you are still a self proclaimed fuckhead.
Consult your avatar and every third of your posts for proof. You can be "right" and still wrong at once. In fact that's the only possibility.
Partisans are always wrong. Always.

So you rather have a President that activily is right or left ALL the time?
"Asked if he had put his foot in his mouth or had said something he meant, Gibbs said: "I think I have both my feet firmly planted on the floor and nothing in my mouth to speak of." It was the first time he has commented on the controversy."
The Left is the perpetual out-of-power faction. They cannot govern. They would be disasters. So all the can do is carp how much better they would be and why everyone else is wrong. The Left are A*sholes. They're so friggin whiny & snotty. They're never happy. Good to see fellow Leftists getting a taste of their own medicine from their own though. Now they're finding our what Bush had to put up with for his eight years in the White House. This stuff is deliciously hilarious. I hope they keep it up.
The Left has both houses of Congress and the Oval Office...and they're STILL angry. The Left is the perpetual out-of-power faction. They cannot govern. They would be disasters. The conservatives are the governing party. Or ought to be.

You should also consider not talking so much and making stuff up as you go.
Moreover, what, pray tell, am I "making up as I go along"? Be specific.

You can put any label on it that you want. It's about right versus wrong, not right versus left.
