The problem that Republicans are having with Obama is that we need the Obama Context Filter (OCF) so we understand what he's really saying.
For example: "You didn't Built that" becomes "we succeed together" and the 9/11 Benghazi terror attack becomes about a video.
Obama says "I want $800B in enhanced revenue," when you flip on the OCF it becomes "I want $1.6 Trillion in higher taxes on the 1%"
Obama says "I will entertain spending cuts" Engage OCF and it becomes ""I wanna spend mo' money" (the OCF comes with an additional option that changes the speech pattern depending on the crowd being addressed, this was the "Where's yo dollah?" option)
