Either Republicans are going to make the case against the bill or they're going to sing the praises of the parts of it they like.

Isn't politics grand? It causes people to act in such strange ways, like cheering "one side" on and pretending they don't do the exact same thing the "other side" does. And even stranger, they don't think it odd that they do it.
