DHS has expressed concern over suspicious cellphone activity in the Washington, D.C. area indicating that a “rogue entity” is surveying the communications of government officials and foreign diplomats, according to documents first reviewed by the Washington Free Beacon.

DHS expresses concern makes one wonder what crooked part of the Government are the ones who are actually doing it all. Oh but wait they will blame some Russian Hacker.

I think we know who that rogue entity is. Russians just got charged for hacking yahoo. It is isn't too far fetched to think the Russians are behind this as well. In the last few years they have been hacking various American companies and power stations.
