That’s what Civil Rights did, dismantle the racial hierarchy. You seem to think that dismantling the racial hierarchy means you don’t need to earn your position. You didn't answer my question, all while presenting an some anecdote that leaves more questions than answers anything.
For any American to gain wealth, there is a social pattern of steps and choices one can make to generate wealth. Your answer does not dive into any actual factual data as to the "Why" blacks don't have as much wealth. And you know why that is. But, instead, you say Racism. I say, bullshit.
