Renegade republican

You really don't know much about the law, do you?

See states have this thing called sovereign immunity which means they CANT be sued. Add to that state agent immunity for corrections officers and wardens ...and 99.99999999999999999% of municipal prison cases get thrown out.

Care to show how ignorant you are AGAIN? Next.

I'm more than happy to make a fool out of you.

Again.

We are talking about locals, not cities first off. Since most people don't know the difference between jail and prison, I chose not to insult you for changing the subject or for not knowing.

Every prison get sued.

That was my sentence. I did not and neither did you mention the rate of success.

So you failed, again, to prove your false superiority. But please, change the subject, or just make crap up once more to make yourself feel better.

Costa Mesa is in Orange County. That says it all...behind the Orange Curtain.

I think that is the name of the City I mentioned.

Everyone is happy with the service and it cost the residence far less.

Yep. Saw a little blip on the new the other day about Sand Point, GA.

They privatized all of their their public works depts.

They now get it done better, cheaper and faster then in the past. .

The taxpayers are loving it.
