In the last hours, both rumors and news have been spread in Israel regarding an unusual event in Hebron area.

The Israeli media is still under censorship, since the event is still rolling and is a very sensitive one.

What the Palestinians say is, that major IDF forces entered the Hebron area this evening, firing and surrounding the city. We don't know of any injuries of deaths to the Palestinians, or Israelis, so far.

This is a big operation, and unusual one, managed by IDF chief, Benny Gantz. Any rumor about Palestinian civilians being killed by this operation is still unbased, and no IDF soldiers have been killed either.

The background to this unusual event is still under "need to know", but this is a very severe situation.
