Rand Paul bashes the notion that government can even determine what truth is

laugh

sounds about right... but why are they afraid of Rs? Isn't it the Ds who are always advocating violence... from "protests" to murdering helpless children?

They're afraid to be taken for Rs.

They need the embrace of the mob to feel secure.

Liberals, in my experience, are fearful folks who need the bodyguard of big government because they are vulnerable, battered emotional hypochondriacs....they need to insure themselves against every societal misadventure that could occur. They call that 'empathy,' but it's actually neurosis. They have some sort of metaphorical bullet lodged near their heart, just waiting for a slight move which will end it all!
Thus, the overwhelming feeling of incipient failure, and apprehension. And, recognizing their own weakness, they lash out at those willing to depend on themselves.

It's time for Trump!

it's time he got to serve the term he rightfully WON

and get that senile baby killer the hell ...

you don't want to know the rest...
That's never going to happen, the only way he ever gets back in the WH is as a guest or he wins another election.

When the Government are the masters of disinformation and then trying to tell us what they consider misinformation tell me we are in some very dark and scary times…

But

I hope the Democratic Party embraces this because when the GOP does win and has that power, well let just say they were warned…

It's the Dimm's who are trying to establish a Truth Ministry, not the Repubs!!

You are a true reprobate!!!

Rand Paul might be the only politician in DC that has integrity.
You might be right. Plus where are the big media news reporters exposing this government overreach? Nowhere to be found. Further proof they’re completely controlled.

We live in a failed dying state.

Paul continued to slam Mayorkas, telling the secretary, “I think you’ve got no idea what disinformation is.”

“And I don’t think the government’s capable of it. Do you know who the greatest propagator of disinformation in the history of the world is? The U.S. government,” Paul said, asking the secretary if he was familiar with McNamara, the Pentagon Papers, George W. Bush and the weapons of mass destruction, and Iran-Contra
.

I wonder how many Americans know their government is the greatest promoter of lies. How many know anything about McNamara, Pentagon Papers, W’s wmds, and Iran Contra?

A senator tells the people the truth. Not the corporate media. Strange that.

well, I agree more/less... that last sentence... bugs me. Depend on themselves?

not all who are "dependent" are liberals, I have learned.. It is bad for the R party to write off people who do not fit into their stereotypical world view... and sometimes it is exacly that... a narrow view..

I have known plenty of people who are disabled and (unfortunately) dependent on gummit, but are conservative, voted for Trump

i know a little about some of those... but I know a LOT about what ws done to Trump with the fake dossier and etc...

and even b4 I learned about that.. I saw up close and personal (destroyed lives) how AWFUL big gummit is..

People need to educate themselves... need to read books written by people with that seemingly (now) rare quality: integrity

forget msm

it could happen

we are just now beginning to u/stand what happend w/ the big steal 2020

of course some of us knew it was bogus brainwashing bs as per usual... from the start

Perhaps this will concretize the verbiage you have the problem with:

81% of people receiving public housing benefits vote Democratic – and that’s just the tip of the handout iceberg

In an article published before Romney’s gaffe, liberal economist Paul Krugman blogged that “Aaron Carroll of Indiana University tells us that in 2010, residents of the 10 states Gallup ranks as ‘most conservative’ received 21.2 percent of their income in government transfers, while the number for the most liberal states was only 17.1 percent.”

Romney’s comments only seemed to give the left more reason to summon up statistics like these to “prove” who the real moochers are.

But as solid as the statistics Krugman provided might seem, we’re left with one glaring problem: States aren’t people. Could it be possible that liberals within conservative states are the ones taking the welfare dollars?

A survey by the Maxwell Poll on the political affiliation of those receiving government aid showed this to be the case.

Attributing the problem to red states is false; the problem lies in the blue parts of the red states.

Do we find some agreement herein????

what I am saying is that the R party should not write off ANY constituents... 65% voting Dim means 35% who do not...

35% is a lot when it comes to close races

I don't believe the post did that.....it was simply a generalization of the facts.

And the facts prove the generalization.

Human nature being what it is,
a. it is far easier to accept the tsumai of media lies
b. accept the largesse, the bribes
c. bask in the explanation that it is never your fault or responsibility

....than....

.... to take arms against a sea of troubles, And by opposing end them...

So saith the Bard.

not too familiar w/ Shakespeare, i have to say. I focus on non-fiction, have for many years

but in any case, it comes back to the same old thing: it is ultimately gummit's fault... that ... well, just about whatever topic you bring up but particularly the topic of dependency

people see others dependent on gummit and think... How can I get that? I don't want to work...

not realizing that only a regular job will EVER get them such things as... adequate housing! Does the gummit or those who love it so much TELL people this? I mean, you can be smart as whatever but if you never LEARN some simple facts and etc...

We cannot blame the dependents... There are many reasons for people being dependent... Some actually believe they are unemployable... There are a million different factors involved and ea person's different... but what I am talking about is how gummit encourages people to be dependent, then society in general looks at all those dependents and blames them and etc... I blame the politicians almost 98%

This isn’t about disabled people. It’s about unmotivated sloth. Democrats thrive on socialist welfare sloth.
