Your wrong again, as usual. The Government can and does legally maintain a standing army and has the ENTIRE history of our Country. The size is determined by needs and the founders arranged that it must be reviewed every 2 years to ensure the need is still present. That you spin it any other way is hilarious.

The original premise of these questions was to say conservatives are basically the same in the way they interpret and understand the world and even the constitution as the debate unfolded. That premise has been upheld by the beating around the bush, and the attempts to ignore tough questions or hard conclusions.

To the above can be added lots. The constitution is a work in progress and that is its power and brilliance.
