Question for Music fans...

I really do appreciate everyone's help, but I don't think I'll ever find out just who it was. Since I haven't seen him in over 40+ years, it's obvious he never made it big, unless it was a 'behind-the-scene' voice. Sorry to inconvenience everyone.

It is somewhere on youtube you can be sure. I couldn't remember who sang or what the name of a song I heard in 1972 was and hadn't heard since and tried youtube on and off for 5 years. Then bingo, someone knew what it was. Colorado by Danny Holien. Obscure as hell, likely few people remember it.
