I am middle class and have worked as a union worker as well as a non-union worker. Although I don't really notice the difference between the two at the end of the day, I have generally brought home more money as a non-union worker. Both parties have taken turns gutting both Socialist programs. But neither has taken steps to end them either. Unfortunately, the money paid into these programs by hardworking Americans is going to illegals who haven't contributed a dime. That's a left-leaning policy. They support/defend social security and medicare.
