Largely true, but Washington, DC is far from being alone and gets fueled from afar. There's Big Oil (Texas), Wall Street (NY), Silicon Valley (CA), Biotech (MA), Insurance World Capitol (CT), etc. But don't forget the Pentagon, NSA, and "Homeland Security" while you're at it. Every State in the Union participates in this mess and is therefore culpable. It's not like we could exist without a government no matter how much weed you're smoking.
