That stuff was damned-near free in Height-Ashbury in '68. Stupidest thing I ever did was quit high school on my last year, get on a bus, and go to Height-Ashbury, SF, CA

Da fuq was I thinking? I didn't even get to see Hendrix before he choked on his own puke and died, because SF was a wasteland by '68.
