What's the tradeoff? You know China got a whole ton of manufacturing to move there by simply allowing them to trash their workforce and environment with no standards.

If we are trading our health or our future for meager job gains, it's not worth it. Health costs are soaring and we are already unhealthy as a nation. I dont think we can sacrifice that anymore for midterm profits to some owner class international nomad.

The deficit will beat Obama's worst soon if it hasnt already and that is just insanse considering who is in power and how amazing the economy is said to be. Conservatism is as good as dead and the Republican party will never live this down, though they will try when its convenient and the tables have turned.

Sure, because it's the type of jobs that are created under Trump compared to Obama. Plus since we have more jobs than Americans to work them, it gives us an environment where employers are once again having to compete with each other to attract workers. Then there are Trump's efforts to reduce border crossers which probably helps as well.

To listen to the Democrats, “gun violence” is spiking and will soon claim us all in a bloodbath. Millennials have been misled to believe there are 35,000 or so gun-related deaths in American each year. Total actual murder, most of which isn’t committed using so-called “assault weapons,” is less than half that number. The fact is, mass shootings remain rare and aberrant while overall gun-related and other violent crime is down, along with property crime too. This is good news! Why aren’t we celebrating?

Americans hear the bleeding lead stories if they bother to watch local news, we see incessant coverage of every awful criminal tragedy if it serves an anti-gun or other anti-liberty agenda, and Americans believe crime is spiking when it’s actually falling.

The 2014 to 2016 surge was due to the Ferguson Effect. As you stated, thanks to the media, the country suffered two riots with police cars being damaged, expensive damage to public and private property, all under the great black saint himself.

Obama did very little to nothing to try and calm the storm, especially given his race where he could have done just that. I can't prove it, but I often think he made no effort in hopes of those riots taking place. It was against our police officers, much like his comment that led to the Beer Summit.

Between those things, DumBama's comment about the Travon Martin shooting, Kapiperclunk, and the black Mayor of Baltimore who instructed her police to stand back and let the rioters do what they wanted, all points to the desire of the Democrats to create and support race problems, and even violence if that's what it takes.
