This guy was the hottest DJ in the Washington DC region at the time of Kavanaugh's high school and college days. He told a lot of scatological stories during his show, most employing euphemisms anyone with half a brain could pick up on in order to bypass the censors that would have come down on his head.
He very much reflected the attitude of the times, right from the capital city of the free world.
