Yes....this article also uses the more accurate term...pro-abort......as opposed to pro choice...since the only acceptable choice is abortion.....

Blog Why pro-choice isn t

  • Pro-aborts approve of the HHS mandate that requires people who oppose abortion to provide abortion coverage for their employees – no choice for Christians.
  • Pro-aborts approve of federal funding for elective abortions – no choice for taxpayers.
  • Pro-aborts oppose laws that require a woman to be informed about just what an abortion is before she has one – no choice for women who want to know what they’re doing.
  • Pro-aborts oppose laws that require medical care be provided to babies who survive an abortion attempt – no choice for the newborn.
  • Pro-aborts support sex-selection abortions, where the unborn girl is killed because her parents want a boy – no choice for girls.
  • Pro-aborts support laws and rules that force people in medical school to learn how to perform abortions or participate in abortions – no choice for the doctors.
  • Pro-aborts support laws that discriminate against pregnancy centers that don't refer abortions because of their religious beliefs but provide far more support for pregnant women than Planned Parenthood does – no choice for mothers.
  • Pro-aborts oppose laws that require abortion clinics to adhere to the same safety standards as any other medical facility where procedures that could have serious consequences – such as internal bleeding – are performed – no choice for mothers who want a safe facility.
  • Pro-aborts support laws that allow underage girls to have abortions without their parents' knowledge or a judge's consent – no choice for parents.

No one is pro-abortion. Fail from the get-go. Abortion - safe, legal, and rare is always the goal.

It's a nasty business, and sometimes a necessary one, even if it is mostly elective.

According to 2A's logic, you're anti-choice for supporting laws against murder, as it deprives the murderer of choice.

Decent human beings reject his immorality. We make no apologies for preventing his evil choices that restrict the freedom of others.

Yo, funny only the "Socialist Progressive Democrats" support it?

Again, The American Thinker?
That piece of crap is being quoted?

Let me point out another problem(another poster already pointed out one) when using a nut daily editorial. The habit of lying.

For instance:
"Pro-(choice) support laws and rules that force people in medical school to learn how to perform abortions or participate in abortions – no choice for the doctors."

That is an obvious lie.

1) Being pro-choice does not mean forcing a change in the curriculum of a medical school. Never had.

2)The doctor chooses his/her specialty and abortions requires a specialization in obstetrician/gynecology. The majority of doctors are neither, nor is it useful for most specialization. It(ob/gyn) becomes a waste of time for them!

However, the nut case writing his editorial has gotten so high on his delusions and the lack of facts, that he added this to make an invalid point.

Moderator: please place this thread in the flame zone. The OP obviously wish to attack the boards intelligence with BS and lies from the American Thinker. Alas, he has no creditable sources to save this thread!!
