I thought I'd post this for discussion. It seems like Paul Martin is trying to repair the damage left by Jean Cretien's arrogance.

Well at least there was some recognition that the South is not the evil empire. I think it important that he did this, for us, perhaps more importantly to start educating some Canadians too. Thanks for posting that!
