Pretty young white woman dies in jail, BIG investigation follows.

These jailers killed this girl. Then they let her lay there overnight apparently because it was too much trouble to deal with the effects of their own negligence until morning. And that's after forcing her to mop up her own vomit as the last act of her life, so they couldn't handle the same standards in their own full health that they demanded of her in her last hours.

Plus then the one guy "retired" early rather than face it and was then paid for a year of not working so he'd get a better pension. Not only did he have a hand in killing her, he gets rewarded for it.

So fuck you, fuck them, and fuck and every sociopath who created the lot of you.
I'm sure the jail personal have dealt with hundreds, if not thousands, of drunks and druggies barfing on the cell floors, and have no problem handing them a bucket and mop to clean it up. If I worked there, I'd have done the same thing. .....

Whenever police misconduct is exposed, I’m happy. I don’t care who or what was behind the exposure, I like it. When the shooting of Walter Scott was exposed and showed the cop arranging the shooting scene so it would meet the narrative he had already come up with, I was happy that the cop was exposed. I’m happy that Roy Oliver got Fifteen Years when I was honestly expecting him to get acquitted. I could wish it was more, but honestly, it is rare enough that the cop is convicted, much less sentenced to any time in prison that I am honestly happy to see some justice.

I don’t care. But one thing you may have failed to notice. OK. One of a dozen things that you failed to notice. Most of these cases were about Blacks being victimized. Very few Whites are able to see justice. Certainly no more than the Blacks. There are so few notable exceptions to the usual of the cops getting away with it, that the names come quickly to the tongue for those of us who have fought to see Justice in any form for these events. It took two years to get the cop who murdered John Geer charged. What color was John Geer? Does it matter?

The really sad thing about you Dean is this. You honestly believe that everyone who voted for Trump marches in Lock Step. I’m not alone in railing against racism, and I voted for Trump. I have long railed against Police Misconduct, and rarely seen you posting anything about it. You only post if you can manipulate an issue to bash anyone who didn’t vote as you think they should.

Everyone who voted for Hillary was not a Socialist, no more than everyone who voted for Trump is a racist. The reason I voted against Hillary, is she was not quite as Clever as she thought she was. All of her scandals were her own doing, and always the same pattern. It’s one thing to make a mistake, and learn from it. I can respect that. But to make a mistake, and then make it over, and over, and over again? I have no respect for that.

In many ways, you are like a worn out comedian, repeating the same old punch lines, and wondering why the crowd isn’t laughing anymore. Let go of your hatred, and you might make a bigger impact. Probably not, since you refuse to discuss any issue seriously, much less honestly, but it is possible.

The rub is that legally, and morally, the jailers are responsible for everyone in the jail. You have removed their freedom, and thus their responsibility. You are now responsible for their welfare, and health. You can’t just shrug it off and say whatever druggie. You are responsible as the jailer. If you wish to be free of that responsibility, then you need to let the people go in jail, thus returning responsbility to them. Once I am in custody, the jailer is responsible. Want me to be responsible for myself again, release me. Then you can shrug and say whatever.

Woman lay dead in Nevada jail cell for hours after deputy found her unresponsive

Instead, as her condition worsened, she was handed a mop and told to clean up her own vomit. She died in her jail cell less than an hour later.

'The worst I have ever seen'

Holland then brought her a new set of jail clothing to replace her soiled uniform and a mop, asking her to clean the vomit from her floor, according to the investigative report. Coltrain sat still for a few minutes until Holland returned and asked her again to mop.

According to video reviewed by the Reno Gazette Journal, Coltrain then began mopping her floor while still sitting on her bed. She was trembling during the process and stopped often to rest. A few minutes later, Holland returns to point out the spots she had missed. Coltrain wipes up the spots and Holland leaves with the mop.

Holland later told an investigator that he thought it was odd Coltrain didn't get out of bed to mop the floor.

"Sgt. Holland advised he thought Coltrain was just 'lazy' and that she just didn't want to stand up to clean the floor," the report said.

According to the investigation report, the 20-minute section of video depicting Gulcynski entering her cell was missing entirely from the files the state obtained for its investigation from the sheriff's office.

Wow, policies are going to change. People are going to be trained.

Seems that's all it takes to make changes. It only has to affect white people.
Jesus Christ you’re dumb.

Pretty common for any death to be investigated in a jail, it does not matter white or black, pretty, or a dog. Drunks die and sometimes they die because they eat drugs to keep from getting charged with the crime. I noticed it does not list the ori charges.

It did list the original charges. Traffic tickets.

Not even making that up --- traffic tickets.
