    If anything the "scandals" are going to negatively effect the Republicans, if they're seen as putting politics ahead of doing their jobs.

    yep. theres lots of work to do & the voters know it. These taxpayer-financed, repub fishing expeditions are going to result in what they always do for repubs, :up: overreach

    He can't be elected again so I don't see how his approval rating matters at the moment.

    It highlights the fact that many voters just want the Repubs to do their job for once in their life & stop w/ the gotcha' political fundraising games.
