Random acts committed by mentally ill heavily armed people are nearly impossible to stop, especially in this country with it`s Guns For All mentality. Those amateur junior terrorists in Boston should have been known to the FBI but they dropped the ball just like they did after receiving warnings about potential terrorists attending flight schools shortly before 9-11. Of course Gomer was president then and the "librul media" gave him a pass.
