That “security team” did not have to look very hard for a solution. Right on the President’s desk was a plan for the drawdown of troops in Iraq as crafted by the Bush Administration. It had been kept secret and out of the eyes of the Press to give time and space to the new administration to deal with the war and make its own decisions. 4. Qatar has cut deals with Iran and created a Chamber of Commerce with them, and have left OPEC.
5. The EU has created economic ties with Iran..........and created a Chamber of Commerce with them for their oil in the EU.
6. Oil is being sold from places like Iran through the Black Sea, Turkey, and Greece...........

OPEC is splintered............
Alliances have shifted...........
and we flipped the bill.
