Obama crows about killing Bin Laden an 22 Al Qaeda leaders

A fed-up President Obama fired back at GOP presidential hopefuls who claimed he runs a soft foreign policy - by pointing to the notches on his belt as proof of his toughness.

"Ask Osama bin Laden and the 22 out of 30 top Al-Qaeda leaders who have been taken off the field whether I engage in appeasement," dared Obama during an unscheduled White House news conference Thursday.

Several GOP White House hopefuls - including current favorites Newt Gingrich and Mitt Romney - attacked the President’s record the previous day during a Republican Jewish Coalition conference in Washington.

Obama used the May slaying of the terrorist mastermind - and the killings of nearly two dozen of his lieutenants - as a rebuttal to the GOP’s questioning of his track record as commander in chief.

The Bin Laden episode was pure theater. The SEALS were sent into a compound as evidenced by the lost chopper on site. But Osama Bin Laden wasn’t in that compound. Osama Bin Laden has been dead for years. Bin Laden had a genetic condition that caused renal failure (this genetic condition is common among deeply inbred Saudi arab muslims). Bin Laden had been on dialysis BEFORE 9/11. Dialysis is difficult enough for people in first world countries who can have it done in outstanding facilities. Bin Laden was having it done either in caves or in homes post 9/11. People in renal failure having dialysis done in cotton pickin caves do NOT live for ten more years. Period. There was no dialysis equipment found in the compound the SEALS raided on May 2.

Actually no.

Think about it.

Obama has had a lot of success doing the opposite of whatever Republicans want. Whether it's saving the Auto industry, taking out Bin Laden, helping parents put their college age children on their insurance, taking out Qaddafi without the loss of a single American life, reducing government by 500,000 and so on. If he crowed about those successes, Republicans would call it "old news" by the time off the general election.

When Obama is campaigning one on one with the Republican candidate, he will be able to bring up all these successes IN SPITE OF Republicans trying to block each and every one.
