    There are a lot of things a "top notch" board needs and that this one lacks. I suppose flooding is one thing that board moderators/administrators can at least control without a lot of "overhead."

    Okay. I guess we all have "vent" moments. You're allowed yours. TY for stating that is what inspired this thread. It adds an aspect of context that is both important and explanatory. Context is "everything."

    I don't go looking for such threads, but if I check out an OP only to find it's really just drivel that seems to have no place in the sub-forum where it's found, I will report it. For the most part, that only happens when I see a thread title that seems like it might offer the opportunity for substantive intellectual discussion and it turns out the OP has presented a "conspiracy theory" theme. (I don't ever intentionally click in the Conspiracy Theory sub-forum.)
