When, where, and how did a mindset emerge where gangs and thugs think nothing of firing off over a personal beef at a celebration for a city’s sports team? Ask yourself why and how Italian, Irish, and Jewish mob thugs and gang members have the self control and decorum not to start shooting at sports team celebration in a city block with families and children ???
