Politico: Sweden’s violent reality is undoing a peaceful self-image

When I was young (in the 1950s and 1960s), I used to dream of living in Sweden.

To me, its "third way" seemed like paradise.

The Swedish people lived such happy and comfortable lives.

I used to drool when looking at photos of clean and beautiful and peaceful cities.

What has happened to Sweden makes me sick to my stomach.

It is an object lesson to those nations that are thinking of making the same mistakes.

(I hear that Austria, the Czech Republic, and Hungary do NOT intend to become like Sweden.)

The people were free and lived comfortable lives.

The people in Germany are protesting the crap that merkel is shoving down their throats. Too little too late though?

Good for the other countries that are saying no to this.

France, however, is following Sweden's lead. smh
