There are more whites than blacks and Hispanics so there are far more white teenage girls having babies. I can't help you're not a rocket scientist to figure that out. And with more white teenage girls having babies, they are the greatest contributor to those states, per capita. There are exceptions, like in LA and MS, but those are not the rule.
