A Brazilian politician has been caught on camera watching porn on his mobile phone while in parliament.

Joao Rodrigues, a member of the Social Democratic Party, was caught watching porn by SBT, a Brazilian news broadcaster.



Damn, he sounds just like one of our Socialist Democrats. Guess it's a small world after all.
