In the end, Tesla charges way too much. Others are on the near horizon that cost less and have a much better range. The replacement batteries for the Lipo4s costs much less, last much longer and have a longer range. Plus, they can be super fast charged whereas the Lipo can't. I drove a Tesla and wasn't particularly impressed. Too much dazzle and not enough range.
