Kman from the other website, the guy who asked me why Northern Europe is now the more successful region of Europe...
When I told him that Europe made a big mistake by believing that they didn't need the industrial revolution as much or more than Northern Europe..
He now asked me why Southern Europe is now getting its help from the USA... to keep up with Northern Europe (and in some cases, to exceed Northern Europe)...
Like Spain's aegis warships, and their Guided missile frigates that spain had previously... and Italy's space rockets and General Electric motors on their Aircraft carriers and new jets.
So I told him why there too.
Because Countries like France and Spain and Italy getting its help from the USA doesn't come with anywhere near as much social and political baggage, as if they got it from Northern Europe.
They helped make the USA too.
A similar reason why Russia would have asked Britain for help with the downed Kursk submarine, as opposed to asking the USA for help.
