We have a thing in our town that is much more flamboyant and bizarre than the one in that pick. She rides a bike and it is adorned with fringes and tassels and bells and feathers...she's well over 6 foot tall, wears hats and tiara things with giant pheasant feathers sticking up. She likes to wear bright red dresses, or shorts and boots. She's skinny and looks like a drug addict.

Someone told me she used to be our fire chief before meeting with whatever unfortunate event called her psychic break.
