This was probably put up by a liberal and isn't it interesting that the point of view they use is an external one as if you were a foreign citizen forming an opinion about Americans because an internal view of Americans would have been more positive due to ones own natural tendencies to view one self in a positive light. This opinion of Americans is often held by other countries who naturally think of their own nation in a positive light (just as any normal person would do) and other nations, such as America, in a negative light. Their opinion of America is formed as if they were looking inward from the world instead of their opinion being formed looking outward towards the world.

Its really based on the marxist idea that a person's identity was devoid of nationality so people on the left feel no sense of nation within in them which leads to bullshit things like citizen of the world or my own country stinks (U.S.A.) but the entire world rocks (U.N.).
 
Yes, a liberal probably drew that. It's more info than the average conservative possesses.
