This is an instance when a quote should be taken out of context. It is no more a call for the President's death than is the statement, "I want him out of office...forever!" The liberal spin on it of course is to turn it into a media circus. Had the tee-shirt displayed "Psalms 109:8-the end of the story", the protesters might have a point. Otherwise, this is merely liberal censorship (by silencing) of free speech. Oh, wait! That's in keeping with the liberal government we have going, so it must be okay.
Hey........Assholeitis..........you DO realize that this particular verse calls for his wife to be a widow, as well as calls for his children to be fatherless right? You probably think Fred Phelps is a great guy as well, eh?
here is the full Psalm from David, which could help the discussion on this.... i personally say NO, it is not a death threat....
No, if it was a death wish (not a threat but a wish) then the correct verses should be quoted. As it is, it specifies only 8 'may his days be few'. It does not include the 'widow and fatherless children' bit. It is, I suspect, a deliberate attempt to piss off the lunatic left. If they do it in another color, I might well buy one! LOL!!!
