What is real sad is that President Bush is really lacking on the leadership aspect right here. I mean we have the conservative base ready to push the agenda. Yet he doesnt do anything. Can anyone blame us for being a bit frustrated?

Yes Avatar, I do not like being the one to disabuse the young, but this has been a fiasco of 2nd term president...

He wasn't so hot the FIRST time around either. ;)

And much as he likes to compare himself to great Republican leaders of the past, he remains hugely overshadowed by them. He isn't even half the man his father was as POTUS.

He was great the first time around. He's been allowing too much spending to keep power. If the dems would defend the country, he wouldn't have to stoop so low.

Actually I think he has done alot better job than his Father had. I am willing to bet the American people agree. I mean look what they did to his father after one term. They replaced his father with one of the biggest scum bags to sit in the oval office. GWB hasn't been replaced and wont be.

SO, you're saying he will remain in office beyond his second term? I wouldn't put it past him to suspend the Constiution and declare himself president for life. And yes, Goat-Boy was, and is, a scum-bag, but a bigger one replaced him in the Oval Office.

I'm curious Bully, who would be your ideal President?
