Having decided that "President Donald Trump's actions in the Ukraine scandal constitute bribery" - a high crime - the House is duty-bound to have a floor vote on impeachment ASAP. Of course, bribery is a mens rea crime and the Dems will have to prove Trump's intent at a Senate trial where Majority Leader McConnell has already stated the President's constitutional rights to due process and the presumption of innocence will be respected.

The Dim Dems have NOTHING impeachable on President Trump. This is ALL a charade, intended to TRY and make our president look bad. It's NOT working.

Politicians look out for number one and you can bet many Dems in the House won't vote for impeachment. They all know its a big fat nothing burger and they all take care of number one.

None of them will want their names associated with a failed impeachment. You can bank on that.

Exactly right. The senate rules throw out hearsay evidence and the 6th means that the WB needs to appear and be cross-examined or the articles get tossed.

Since all of the "evidence" is hearsay, the democrats have nothing, except the Ukrainians saying that they had no knowledge that any funding was being held up. No crime, period.

 

It could get very tense for Democrats once the Senate starts calling their witnesses. The Bidens, the blower, Brennen, McMasters, Hillary, Obama, Comey, Lynch, Holder and McCabe for starters. When the extent of foreign meddling for Hillary becomes evident, that should be the end of the impeachment witch hunt and the beginning of the arrests of the real criminals in the deep state.

 

Witness #1 should be Adam Schiff.
