The other officer pictured, Jerome Finnigan, had long been terminated from the department, and in 2011 was sentenced to 12 years in federal prison on income tax evasion and murder-for-hire scheme charges.
Shameful and pathetic. I fail to see any humor in it. Society as a whole is greatly disgraced by mentally disturbed ^%$&*&^%@.
Can anyone imagine the outrage across America if the pictured roles were reversed? Why don't There are plenty of poor drugged out or drunk White people on skid row to make comparable models for such "boyish fun."
