Shortage of kits, lack of knowledge of a virus, and not being able to stop the virus from spreading is Pence failure?

Hmmm, here is reality the virus is a few months old and China failed to warn the World about the dangers of this virus and in fact did everything to silent everyone who spoke out about it.

As the virus spread the U.S. had no way to test for the virus and China is been less than friendly to let the world in to learn about it

In the end Pence is not failing and it is China and the media spinning nonsense when the world should focus on China and ask them why they attempted to hide this virus?

Remember the water in Flint, Mi.? You Progs destroy everything. Anyway the drama people living there bought bottle of water with rust in it. It is normal to have rust in water pipes that it sits in for a while. Water/Fire departments usually flush hydrants to test them and to clean the pipes periodically. Today the government is attempting to identify carriers of the Corona virus to halt the spread and nobody seems to have a problem with that concept. Back in the day, the AIDS virus was protected and any effort to contain the the epidemic by identifying infected homosexual carriers was met with a barrage of law suits.
