That tripe won't work. Both the U-3 *and* the U-6 unemployment rates have dropped to levels that we haven't seen in 17-18 years, whereas under Obama the U-6 stayed historically high for most of his presidency. Under Obama, the LFPR actually dropped repeatedly--for years--during his "recovery." Small business creation went into negative territory for the first time since the Great Depression under Obama. Etc., etc., etc. You just need to face the fact that under Trump that economy is showing positive signs that we have not seen for 15-20 years.

I don’t care whether Trump has had a year over 3%, that wasn’t what brought the question up. You make claims and you need to back up your BS, and not avoid or twist the answer, the answer was no, Obama never broke 3%, nether has Trump, I haven’t considered the economy solid since 2002 however I don’t hold a President totally responsible for the economy, a lot of factors are in play, Giving credit or blame to a President for an economy with so many moving parts is pretty simplistic. The capital investment by companies and corporations, has risen this year to numbers not seen in a very long time.
