We DO have a generational problem in Black America and just because the Left wants to hide doesn't mean it is getting fixed or going away.

It isn't.

The answer is NOT to just throw more money at them, and THAT is the ONLY thing the Left wants to do.

The problem is systemic and like EVERYTHING else the FIRST step is to recognize it.

Then describe a plan that would, say, cut unemployment in half in the typical American 'inner city', over any time period you want to estimate,

that doesn't involve any 'money throwing'.

simple; get back to the time limits for welfare that have been suspended; that are STILL set at the EMERGENCY LEVELS from the end of the Bush and begining of the obama years

and now adults without children are again collecting welfare

reduce regulations and that will allow more companies to feel like they can hire without being bankrupted by the government
