They need to make the adopted family pay forever.
They knew the POS had guns, an AR-15.

Must put up ALL his family, extend etc. lives and wealth to own these thangs.
The whole family (any) must pay for his crimes. FOREVER!

It just that SIMPLE, there is no constitutional issue here.
It just simple state or federal laws to do so.
