This is sadly probably why this child acts the way he does. It's because he knows that he can get away with it. Yeah but that's considered child abuse. Never mind the fact that the child could be the one who winds up seriously injuring somebody in the end. As I said before the school and the police officer that handcuffed the boy did the right thing. The situation could have ended a whole lot worse for the boy and or the staff. I know but God forbid that a teacher puts their hands on the child. Timeouts do nothing though. If that was my kid he would be grounded with no TV, videogames, or anything, and probably wouldn't be able to sit down for a while. And no I wouldn't beat him, I would discipline him as there's a HUGE difference there.
