Paralympics Mascot Peed His Pants

The Olympics has revealed the mascots for the Olympics and the Paralympics (Olympics for the Disabled). They are named Wenlock and Mandeville, and resemble aliens with One Big Eye Ball.

Mandeville has the unfortunate fashion faux pas of looking like he peed in his pants. Is this a commentary that The Disabled have poor bladder control?
