PACE approves resolution on restoring full powers of Russian delegation

STRASBOURG, June 26. Members of the summer session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) have approved the resolution drafted by a monitoring committee, which confirms the full powers of the Russian delegation within the organization. On the outcomes of the vote, 116 MPs are in favor of the resolution, 62 delegates are against it, while 15 MPs have abstained from voting.

The Ukrainian delegation has left PACE after the assembly approved the draft resolution confirming full powers of Russia’s delegation. A Serbian representative said it was not necessarily a bad thing because the atmosphere in PACE would be a lot more constructive and a lot less hysterical without Ukrainians.

Strategically it is no win for Russia to be attached at dying EU. What kind of benefits gains Russia? Nothing except nice business travels of Russian officials to Bruxelles.
The future of Russia is in the East, it is a good advise to move capital to Ural and to establish tight ties to countries of region.
China, Japan, South Korea posses better technologies as Europa, additionally Asia has better market for Russian products.
Europa is enemy, it is wasting of time and money try to get a friend of it. Even Turkey is twenty time better friend as Germany, France and Serbia together.
