Other than Turkey, what is the other MUST HAVE food for Thanksgiving?

What is the one dish that is a MUST HAVE for a Thanksgiving Dinner? (other than Turkey...)

You can name 2 if you must, but no more!

Mine is:

Stuffing
Mashed Potatoes

Wine.

Red Wine

Zinfandel.

Maybe a bit of rum or brandy in the eggnog too. Need to be well fortified for the in-laws.

For me its mashed potatoes, but I also voted "other" too because I also love corn, broccoli & cheese, and rice.

You forgot the most important thing, in my mind - even more so than turkey.

Turkey, mashed taters, brown gravy and lots of veggies. I would say yams except I recently learned they are not really yams. Them orange thangs is sweet potatos, the soft kind. The firm ones are the yellow sweet potatos, both very healthy, much moreso than red or russet. Yams are a different animal altogether and from Africa.
