What Ukraine and the Free World should do to stop Russia from blocking the world food markets from receiving Ukrainian grains is say to Vladimir Putin we have had enough of your garbage on this issue you agree to reinstate the Ukrainian/Russian grain export vis-a-vis the Black Sea indefinitely or we will mine the Black Sea all to the west of Crimea up to forty miles from the coast line of Odessa from Odesa to Bulgaria and the mine area will extend to one hundred miles south of Yalta, Crimea. Vladimir Putin doesn't want to abide by international agreements for the Black Sea so neither will the Free World; if Putin's Navy cannot get near the freighters picking up Ukrainian grain at the Odessa, Mykolaiv and Kherson ports in Ukraine than it cannot stop these exports to the international markets. Mines aren't real difficult to put in place countries have been using them readily since World War II, loan Ukraine motor boats and helicopters to put the mine fields in place.

If Putin's ships stop commercial shipping off the coast of Bulgaria and Romania then the Free World is going to let Putin have it by blocking off the eastern portion of Black Sea to the Russian Navy. Do this by just mining the Black Sea from Yalta to around twenty to thirty miles off the coast of Turkey this thirty miles would allow a channel of sorts for commercial shipping traffic, it would be a barrier of mines bisecting the Black Sea. Ukraine's allied countries would also recognize the country of Ukraine's authority to restrict navigation in the Black Sea off its coast to the coast of Turkey, Vladimir Putin makes his own rules so can other leaders, so Ukraine could ban Russian Navy ships from traversing the western half of the Black Sea. Give Ukraine a half dozen small ships nothing elaborate the ships just have to be sufficient to hold an anti-ship missile system the task would be to give the Ukrainians the power to sink Russian Navy ships going through this thirty mile choke point on the Black Sea. America could use its vast surveillance system to identify Russian Navy ships heading toward the joke point and pass that information onto these Ukrainian ships with anti-ship missiles so they could let the Russian ship have it when it gets to that threshold. Ukraine's allies could give Ukraine a bunch of drones to act as insurance at sinking the Russian ships seeking to cross the linis where Ukraine could have them in the air around the joke point where if the anti-ship missiles don't succeed the drones could do the job! This would keep Russian navy ships from Ukrainian grain exporting ships and allow these ships to get to the Mediterranean Sea and the export markets.

So and then some missiles destroy the ports, well done mining the sea. And the mines are a very nice idea, the Ukrainians managed to block themselves with that ones.

Aren't you feigning concern for hungry and starving people getting the food they need?

Can any American be taken seriously when voicing humanitarian concerns for others?
Does America's 35-40 wars of aggression since the end of WW2, speak louder?

Russia has offered the solution for getting the grain flowing again. The offer is made to America and only America can answer.
