On hold with CitiBank

Just came back from my mailbox, and Citibank wrote me a little valentine.

They want $60 per year membership fee.


There service levels are not worth 60 cents.

So I am on hold waiting to close the account, which I have not used in a long time anyway.


There seems to be a long line for service.

i do everything online, don't even have a checkbook, and capital one is amazing for that between their in depth online banking + bill pay
