I was actually quite pissed and planned to make a big issue out of it until I learned that the disney store restricts costumes in malls that it rents space in. It is not actually surprising knowing how disney gets about costumes of their own characters.

But the mall is the concord mills mall in North carolina. You can go look up their policies about things online.
