Hanen said the representations made by the Justice Department lawyers “indicates a distinct lack of candor.”

CNS is a partisan rag and has never been impartial....just calling it an AMNESTY plan is bull, when it is a Delayed/deferred deportation plan.

It was nothing major.... just all the children that were given delayed deportation back in 2012 with a 2 year renewal period was changed to 3 year renewal period.... that's it..... none of the group's of people that were new from his Nov. Speach were affected and have been stopped by the suit.

Actually the expansion of DACA was part of the suit and the feds assured the judge that nothing would be done until after his ruling, they lied.
