Man oh man. Part time position wage is ok but if you have to pay this much for health care, cripes what a screw over.

However, according to the Contra Costa Times, half of the positions have now been made part time, meaning 90 employees, who are estimated to be paid $15 to $18 an hour, will face costs of between $600 and $2,900 a month for their healthcare.

What will the government have to do with my healthcare next year it does not this year? I give my money to a private insurance company and if I understand right there is now a (laughably small, damn bleeding hearts) fine on my neighbor if he wants to keep being a potential freeloader and not have health insurance.

Besides 10,000 other pages this is the crux of universal healthcare, rid the world of freeloaders who think I have not caught on to their trick of not paying for insurance because they know me (and you?) will in effect pay their emergency care bill.
