you got to be kidding me.....its really working aint it Mid.....all the money that gets poured into it,and yet they just seem to be getting worse....so yes lets just allow them to work,especially with the same assholes heading them up....

Harry has a point. Since I know of public schools keep begging for more money, ad no matter how much they get, they never improve anything but instead keep getting worse. Instead of throwing more money at them, why not reorganize them completely or change to a voucher system completely?
